Returns
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Returned items must be: o Pristine and unworn – free from scratches, damages, alterations, or any signs of wear, o In their original packaging, including all certificates and documentation.
• Non-returnable items include: o Items purchased on sale, o Earrings, for hygiene reasons, o Custom-made and gold jewelry, which are final sale.
Refunds
• Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–12 business days.
Return Procedure
1. Request a Return Authorization (RMA): o Contact Catramidé Client Services to receive your RMA number and detailed return instructions.
2. Prepare Your Return: o Carefully repack the item in its original packaging. o Include the original receipt and clearly note your RMA number on both the receipt and the package. o All complimentary gifts or promotional items must be returned; otherwise, their full value will be deducted from your refund.
3. Ship Your Return: o Use a trackable and insured shipping method. o Mark the receipt with “RETURN FOR REFUND” and indicate the reason for the return. o For security purposes, do not write “jewelry,” “gold,” or “Catramidé” on the package exterior. o Packages without an RMA number or with damaged packaging will be refused and returned to the sender.
Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend:
1. Purchasing your preferred item first, to ensure its availability,
2. Then returning the original item for a refund. This ensures that your desired jewelry piece is not sold out while your return is being processed.
